Mr. Noriyuki Hanazaki began his career at Dai-ichi Mutual Life Insurance Company (now Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company), where he was in charge of strategy building, sales planning, and sales structure management for business clients.
Since joining GLOBIS, he has worked in corporate organization development and employee training support as a member of GLOBIS Corporate Education (GCE). Previously, as director, he led teams in the development of business client services and sales and marketing. Now he serves as managing director of GCE. As an educator, Mr. Hanazaki teaches a wide range of subjects, including marketing, business strategy, logical thinking, and leadership. As an instructor, he uses the action learning method for corporate training programs, as well as MBA courses. He supervises content development and teacher training as a leader of the GLOBIS marketing research group. He co-authored GLOBIS MBA Marketing.
Mr. Hanazaki graduated from the School of Commerce at Waseda University and completed the Executive Development Program of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
